- Design consultation and space planning
- Design proposal and 3D perspective drawing
- Selection of color, material and accessories
- Consultant and project management
- Site inspection and work schedule
- 60 months warranty with guaranteed after sales services on workmanship
Masonry Work
- Construct 50mm (H) kitchen cabinet base c/w side tiling
- Construct 50mm (H) fridge and washing machines bases c/w full tiling
Plumbing Work
- Laying of concealed 2 inch drainage pipe for kitchen and washing machine
- Labour to install 1 no. of gallon water heater and 2 sets of bathroom accessories
- Labour to install 1 no. kitchen sink and tap at existing point
Ceiling Work
- Construct L-box light holder for living and dining hall
- Construct false ceiling for foyer area and bedroom passageway
Carpentry Work for Kitchen
- Design, fabricate and install 20ft (L) designer kitchen cabinet in solid-ply high grade laminate finish
- ABS trimmings doors and handle
- 1 no. of frosted glass panel c/w wooden frame
- 1 no. of 2 tier stainless steel dish drainer and 1 no. of cutlery tray
Solid Surface Work
- Custom made 10ft (L) solid surface worktop c/w 50mm backsplash and front profile
Painting Work
- Painting of whole unit internal walls and ceiling with ICI Pentalite/Nippon Emulsion Paint
- Painting of all pipes, doors, door frame and gate with ICI/Nippon gloss paint
Miscellaneous Work
- Chemical washing upon completion of works
- Provide corrugated paper for protection
